Born in Kawempe Kampala, Sekagya started his senior career with Kampala City Council in 1997, before moving to Argentina in 2001 to try and make a career in football. His first Argentine club was Atlético de Rafaela in the Primera B Nacional. In 2002, he moved to Ferro Carril Oeste in the Primera B Metropolitana, subsequently helping the team to win the league and secure promotion to the Primera B Nacional. In 2005, he was signed by Arsenal de Sarandí of the Argentine Primera División, where he spent two seasons.

Ronald Edward Frederick Kimera Muwenda Mutebi II (born 13 April 1955) is the reigning Kabaka of the Kingdom of Buganda, a kingdom in modern-day Uganda. He is the thirty-sixth (36th) Kabaka of Buganda.
He was born to Ssekabaka Daudi Ccwa and Irene Drussila Namaganda of the Nte clan on the 11-19-1924 and his Royal sisters were Lwantale and Elizabeth Nakabire. His Twin was Musajjatawutta, his Home (Nnyumba) was called Muzibwazaalampanga and his Jjembe was Siimuwuune. He ruled from 1939 to 1969 and his Prime Ministers were Wamala of the Mmamba clan, Michael (Mikayiri) Kawaga Kaggwa who was son to Sir Apollo Kaggwa of the Nseenene clan, Paul (Pawulo) Kavuma of the Ngo clan and Joash Mayanja Nkangi of the Mutima clan.

He is one of the most popular Ugandan musicians of the 21st century and enjoys strong popularity in many countries throughout Africa. Chameleone sings in Luganda, English and Swahili.
